The Eight Worldly Dharmas

With Jackie Leone

Tuesdays: from 26 May

 7:00 – 8:00 pm

Cost: Free for members, R60 for visitors

We humans are attracted to the pleasant, and we feel antipathy towards the unpleasant. In the coming weeks we will look at how we may endeavour to not be pushed and pulled by the worldly dharmas. Through the view, the teachings, and our meditation practice, we will find ways of being more at ease with our lives.

All are welcome to join this journey.

Sunday End of the Month Retreat

9am - 1pm
Led by Barry Stott

Next date: Sunday 31 May

A wonderful opportunity to come together and meditate as a sangha. These morning retreats take place on the last Sunday of the month whenever possible – an opportunity for meditators to deepen their meditation practice.
‍ ‍
Practitioners of all levels are welcome and the morning alternates between easy going 30-minute meditation sessions, walking meditation and a tea break. We often finish with a short, guided compassion practice.
‍ ‍
Noble silence is observed throughout the morning but discussion on aspects of meditation or your observations are welcomed.

Cost: Non-members R60, Members no cost.
