Lama Rinchen Palmo
Lama Rinchen Palmo is a highly experienced meditation teacher with over 12 years spent in retreat. She has a rich background in supervising long retreats on Holy Isle and specializes in the Vajrayana practices of Tibetan Buddhism. Lama Rinchen is renowned for her retreats on Arya Tara, and her compassionate, down-to-earth teaching style.
She is one of the three Western female lamas appointed within the Samye Ling mandala. Lama Rinchen currently resides in Belgium, dividing her time between the Samye Dzong Brussels Centre and the Samye Meditation Garden retreat centre near the French border, which promotes both outer and inner ecology.

This session will delve into the Four Thoughts that Turn the Mind towards Dharma, foundational contemplations that encourage a focus on spiritual practice. These include:
- Precious Human Life: Recognizing the rare opportunity to practice Dharma and achieve enlightenment.
- Impermanence and Death: Motivation to use time wisely for spiritual practice.
- Karma: Ethical conduct leading to positive outcomes.
- Suffering of Samsara: Seeking liberation and enlightenment through the Dharma.
